About Our Firm

Our firm, The Law Offices of Susan Schleck Kleiner, LLC, was founded in 2010. Prior to that time, our namesake attorney served as general counsel for her family's closely held pharmaceutical and specialty chemical company, where she gained experience in transactional legal matters and intellectual property issues. She has also worked as associate and partner for several large firms in New Jersey, handling business and commercial litigation, toxic torts, commercial real estate, construction and environmental law cases.

Susan attended Seton Hall University for her law degree after completing a degree in international studies at the American University in Washington, D.C. She has been recognized multiple years in a row by being named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers list; from 2015 to 2017 she was also selected to the organization's Top 50 Women Attorneys list.

Susan is joined in her practice by lawyer Erin Drew, who was employed as a human resources supervisor for two manufacturers before attending law school at the Dickinson School of Law at The Pennsylvania State University. Erin has represented clients in numerous complex business matters, including products liability, employment litigation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and other business tort claims.

Combining Business Savvy With Community Mindedness

Our attorneys understand that strong, empowered business enterprises are one facet of a healthy community. Nonprofit organizations are another part of what makes up a great place to live, and both women have devoted much of their time and energy to volunteering and pro bono work.

Susan is a trustee of the board of directors of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association. She previously served on the boards of directors for several Girl Scouts councils in New Jersey and was the recipient of the "Thanks Badge," the highest award given to adult volunteers in Girl Scouting.

Erin is a member of the Junior League of Monmouth County. She has provided pro bono legal services throughout her career through agencies that include the Support Center for Child Advocates, Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program and the Military Assistance Program of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
